Qualifications

• 7+ years in recruitment with leading teams across locations.
• Experience managing global or offshore teams in client-focused settings.
• Deep knowledge of contingent workforce recruitment and MSP operations.
• Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Strong coaching and accountability skills.
• Experience driving process improvements in recruitment.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship skills.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, VMS and analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment delivery operations across global centers.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for diverse skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent gaps.
• Coach and manage teams to meet SLAs.
• Analyze data to advise on program performance.
• Onboard and retain high-performing team members.
• Optimize recruiting technologies and workflows.
• Partner with PMO, Finance, HR, Analytics for objectives.
• Serve as escalation point for delivery issues.
