Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is seeking a Sr. Recruitment Sourcing Manager to lead global delivery teams supporting Direct Sourcing clients and other project recruiting needs. The role drives performance across Global Delivery Centers, partners with clients, and guides strategic workforce initiatives.

The candidate will allocate resources, coach team members, and own outcomes across a client portfolio, developing sourcing strategies and delivering insights to improve program value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruitment experience with demonstrated success leading teams across multiple locations

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment delivery operations within team and across Global Delivery Centers, ensuring attainment of SLAs, KPIs, operational excellence, and achievement of client workforce objectives
• Develop and execute sourcing and hiring strategies
• Partner with program stakeholders, delivery teams, and internal business partners to identify talent pipeline gaps
• Drive team performance through coaching, development, accountability, and proactive management of recruitment challenges
• Analyze recruitment and workforce data to identify trends, provide strategic recommendations, and prepare business reviews
• Onboard, develop, and retain high-performing team members
• Collaborate with PMO, Finance, HR, Analytics, Technology, Ops, and partners to support objectives
• Serve as escalation point for recruitment delivery issues and ensure workforce continuity
