Job summary

WGSN seeks a Global Talent Partner to lead Talent Acquisition across a remote, international footprint. You will architect the global hiring ecosystem, balance hands-on recruitment with strategy, and drive data-driven processes for offices in London, New York, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

You’ll harmonize systems, leverage AI for sourcing, and standardize interview experiences while partnering with stakeholders across the group. We offer a flexible benefits package and global growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume of global reqs across time zones.
• Experience in process design (interview kits, scorecards, referrals).
• Strong project management to unify disparate business units.
• Familiarity with UK/international recruitment compliance.

Responsibilities

• Global Full-Cycle Recruitment: own end-to-end lifecycle for global reqs in niche roles.
• Global Coordination & Integration: central TA activities, M&A integration, vendor management.
• Systems & Process Optimization: audit ATS, integrate AI tools, standardize interview processes.
• Driving Excellence through Data: metrics like Quality of Hire, Diversity of Pipeline, Speed to Productivity.
