Job summary

Alcon seeks a Director of Global Talent Acquisition Enablement & Effectiveness to shape and lead TA enablement globally from the Fort Worth, TX campus. You will set strategy, oversee TA technology, operations, and analytics to make recruiting more scalable, data-driven and cost-effective.

You will partner with HR Ops, Legal, Finance and RPO partners to translate enterprise priorities into actionable TA solutions, while driving onboarding, governance and continuous improvement across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Fluent English communication (reading/writing).
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
• 6+ years of demonstrated leadership in a global TA function.

Responsibilities

• Define global TA enablement strategy, operating model and service standards across regions.
• Lead global TA technology strategy, roadmap, governance and investments.
• Oversee employer branding and recruitment marketing to attract priority talent.
• Define global TA metrics, dashboards and insights for decision making.
• Own BestSTART onboarding strategy and measures of onboarding quality and impact.
• Oversee budgets, investments and vendor performance to optimize spend.
