Job summary

Advanced Energy in Denver, CO seeks a Sr Director, Global Talent & Organizational Effectiveness to align enterprise talent strategy with the CHRO and Executive Leadership Team, lead global teams, and drive workforce capability, leadership readiness, and culture.

You will oversee talent planning, succession, leadership metrics, and organizational change initiatives; partner with HRIS and People Analytics to inform decisions, and shape learning programs. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive experience in talent management or related HR leadership roles.
Experience leading enterprise talent strategies in a global environment.
Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior leaders.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise talent planning, succession, and organizational effectiveness strategies.
Establish and monitor talent, structure, and capabilities to execute strategic objectives.
Define talent metrics with HRIS/People Analytics to identify risks and inform decisions.
Serve as strategic advisor on workforce and leadership risks and plans.
Lead enterprise change, restructuring, and transformation initiatives for effectiveness.
