Energy Vault, a global energy storage company, is seeking a Director, Talent Management to lead global talent strategy across the employee lifecycle. You will oversee Talent Management, Employer Branding, Workforce Planning, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Internal Mobility, advising executives across the organization.

You will design scalable processes, build high‑performing teams, and partner with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain world‑class talent in support of our rapid growth

Formación

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, or Human Resources.
• 5+ years leading global Talent Acquisition teams.
• Deep understanding of workforce planning, talent analytics, employer branding, and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience in early-stage companies and/or energy storage industry nice to have.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, urgency, flexibility, and data focus.
• Sound judgment and ability to protect confidential information.
• Intrinsic motivation to learn, impress, and deliver with limited structure.
• Joy from collaborating with others; customer‑facing mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Must pass pre-employment background check; Energy Vault participates in E‑Verify.
