Job summary

Roboze is seeking a VP Talent Acquisition to own global recruiting strategy, pipelines and governance. You will lead executive and engineering hiring, partner with the CEO/COO, and scale recruitment as Roboze expands its global footprint, particularly in the United States and Houston as a strategic hub.

The role requires 12–15+ years in talent leadership, a technical background, and strong networks across aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing markets.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of Talent Acquisition or leadership recruiting experience.
• Technical background preferred, ideally aerospace or mechanical engineering.
• Strong networks across US and international tech talent markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Roboze’s global Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Build pipelines for executive and engineering leadership roles.
• Design structured global recruiting processes and governance.
• Develop employer branding and engage top technical communities.
