Job summary

Rockbot, a fully remote company, is building a world-class People & Talent organization. We seek a VP of Talent Acquisition who will lead high-stakes executive searches, scale Recruiting Operations, and embed AI into daily workflows to raise interview quality and hiring velocity.

You will own leadership dashboards, partner with executives, and manage a remote recruiting team to deliver strategic hires across the business. This role requires strong judgment and market awareness.

Qualifications

• Executive-level search experience and governance.
• Built leadership-facing dashboards, metrics, and reporting.
• Experience scaling Recruiting Operations and tooling.
• Experience with AI-assisted recruiting workflows today.
• Ability to coach executives and hiring managers to raise interview quality.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a scalable Talent Acquisition function with playbooks and operating rhythms.
• Embed AI and automation into sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate comms.
• Create leadership dashboards giving real-time pipeline visibility and hiring velocity data.
• Coach hiring managers to improve interview quality and assessment consistency.
• Lead the recruiting team while handling the highest-stakes searches.
• Own a portfolio of executive leadership and GTM roles.
