Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years in Talent Acquisition with international hiring.
  • 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting methodologies and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with LoB leaders to understand hiring needs and advise throughout hiring lifecycle.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment activities: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
  • Develop, review, and maintain accurate job descriptions.
  • Post roles on job boards and platforms to maximize reach.
  • Source candidates via diverse channels with emphasis on diversity.
  • Screen and assess candidates via phone and video interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain recruitment data in ATS and track feedback.
  • Prepare recruitment metrics and quarterly leadership insights.
  • Review internal compensation frameworks for market alignment.
  • Manage offers and onboarding documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties to support Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Lead to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering closely with business stakeholders, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings technical recruiting experience, a strategic mindset, strong execution skills, and a passion for building diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-paced, global environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Partner with Line of Business (LoB) leaders to understand hiring needs and act as a trusted recruitment advisor throughout the hiring lifecycle

  • Own end-to-end recruitment activities, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support

  • Develop, review, and maintain accurate, compelling, and compliant job descriptions aligned with business needs

  • Post roles across relevant job boards, social platforms, and internal channels to maximize candidate reach

  • Proactively source candidates through diverse channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, internal databases, and networking, with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion

  • Screen and assess candidates via phone and video interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS), including interview feedback and hiring decisions

  • Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics and reports, providing quarterly insights to leadership

  • Review internal compensation frameworks to ensure market alignment and salary parity for external hires

  • Manage offer and post-selection processes, including offer extensions, candidate negotiations, and onboarding documentation

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and operational efficiency

  • Perform additional duties as required to support Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to international hiring

  • 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience is required

  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting methodologies and employment laws

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience supporting global or multi-region hiring teams

  • Familiarity with recruitment analytics, reporting dashboards, or workforce planning

  • Exposure to employer branding or diversity hiring initiatives
