Qualifications

• 5+ years leading People Operations or HR teams in growth environments.
• Proven ability to build scalable people systems and processes.
• Experience with distributed or remote workforces.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven approach to talent strategy and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable people systems for scaling teams.
• Partner with executives to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Lead organizational design and capacity planning.
• Establish performance and development frameworks.
