Hadley Designs is a fast-growing, remote-first education brand seeking a Director of Recruiting & People Strategy to build scalable talent systems and drive growth. You will own sourcing, vetting, and closing global talent while shaping the recruiting engine and People Operations platforms to support contractor-led expansion toward a $100M+ business.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in remote or ecommerce environments.
• Proven track record of closing difficult hires.
• Experience running structured interviews, test projects, and group interviews.
• Familiarity with recruiting tech stacks: LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, OnlineJobs.ph.
• Comfortable managing hiring systems using Notion, ClickUp, or lightweight ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Own Talent Acquisition strategy and end-to-end hiring for global roles.
• Lead People Operations initiatives: onboarding, performance frameworks, contractor management.
• Develop and report on hiring metrics and funnel performance.
