Hadley Designs is seeking a Director of People Systems & Strategy to scale our people systems and drive growth. Lead in attracting, developing, and retaining a high-performing workforce with a focus on scalable processes and a positive culture.

You will partner with leadership to ensure talent systems align with business goals, empower teams, and support both personal and professional growth across a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR leadership, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Proven ability to build scalable systems that attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Experience working with distributed and remote teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Growth mindset with collaborative problem-solving.
• Experience using data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement systems for attracting, engaging, onboarding, and retaining talent, aligned with growth objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership on organizational design and capacity planning.
• Establish performance and development frameworks to drive accountability and growth.
• Build a consistent and professional talent experience to boost engagement and retention.
• Provide workforce insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with external service providers to support people operations.
