You will partner with the Chief People Officer and senior leaders to drive global recruiting, executive search, and data-driven strategies across NYC, DC, London, and remote teams. This role participates in strategic workforce planning and elevates candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in talent acquisition including 4+ years leading recruiting teams.
• Proven success leading end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy and operations in high-growth tech.
• Hands-on with critical, high-impact roles.
• Strategic partner with data-driven insights to drive improvements.
• Global recruiting leadership across multiple regions.
• Experience leading transformation with AI-powered processes and automation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CPO and People Team to align talent acquisition with growth strategy.
• Lead and mentor recruiters, modeling best-in-class recruiting.
• Shape and execute a global TA strategy with external partners when needed.
• Own executive search and end-to-end recruitment for critical roles.
• Build talent pipelines and workforce plans with senior leaders.
• Ensure equitable, inclusive candidate experience across lifecycle.
