Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager within the AWS Talent Acquisition leadership team. This role partners with the TA leader and various stakeholders to drive decisions and scale operations across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to manage complex programs end-to-end in a fast-paced environment. This position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Rhythm of the Business: enable the aligned TA leader to run the business with structured cadences.
• Lead internal/external WBRs and MBRs, and team meetings for the leader.
• Track progress on goals and manage headcount and budget for the leader.
• Own all-hands content, team communications, and strategic documents.
• Embed into the TA leader's strategy and deliverables.
• Analytics: be the primary liaison for reports, dashboards, and data insights.
• Produce regular/ad-hoc reports for WBR/MBR and strategy documents.
• Maintain expertise in Recruiting, Finance, and HR Analytics dashboards.
