Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a senior leader to define and drive the Talent Acquisition Technology (TA Tech) operating model at scale. You will set cadence, executive reporting, and strategic narratives for senior leadership while aligning product, TPM, and engineering across the org.

You will own inputs into OP1/OP2 and work to remove bottlenecks by scalable mechanisms that amplify team output, guiding cross-org initiatives from ambiguity to execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR or business function experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR Management or related discipline.
• Experience in talent acquisition technology, HR technology, or people systems/platforms.
• Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and own TA Tech's operating model and Rhythm of the Business, including goal setting, MBR/QBR cadences, and executive reporting.
• Set the strategy for tracking progress, measuring impact, and enabling scalable decision-making.
• Drive organization-wide change management, building alignment across product, TPM, and engineering stakeholders.
• Own inputs into OP1/OP2 and prepare strategic narratives for senior leadership.
• Identify and remove organizational bottlenecks by creating scalable mechanisms that amplify team output.
• Lead cross-org special projects, progressing from an ambiguous problem statement to structured execution.
