Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR or business function experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education in a relevant field.
• Experience in talent acquisition technology, HR technology, or people systems/platforms.
• Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and own TA Tech's operating model and Rhythm of the Business: goal setting, MBR/QBR cadences, and executive reporting.
• Set the strategy for how the org tracks progress, measures impact, and makes decisions at scale.
• Lead org-wide change management, building consensus across product, TPM, and engineering stakeholders.
• Own inputs into OP1/OP2 and prepare strategic narratives for senior leadership.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks across the org, creating scalable mechanisms and force multiplying across teams.
• Drive cross-org special projects from ambiguous problem statement to structured execution.
