Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Responsibilities

• Rhythm of the Business: Enable the aligned TA leader to effectively run and inspect their business through structured operational cadences
• Run and write internal and external-facing WBRs, MBRs, and team meetings on behalf of the leader
• Track and report progress on goals set forth by the leader
• Manage headcount and budget on behalf of the leader
• Own org all-hands content, team communications, and strategic documents on behalf of the leader
• Embed deeply into the strategy and deliverables of the aligned TA leader's business
• Analytics: Serve as the primary point of contact for all business-facing and internal-facing reports, dashboards, and data insights
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reporting to support WBR/MBR meetings and strategy documents
• Maintain expertise in all relevant Recruiting, Finance, and HR Analytics-owned dashboards
• Act as the primary liaison to analytics and provide last-mile analytics support for the aligned TA team
• Own and drive the analytics roadmap for the aligned TA organization
• Project Management: Lead and project manage initiatives on behalf of the leader
• Drive outcomes through influence, leading without authority and through others
• Own the work delegation process and track all in-flight projects across multiple owners
