Job summary

Affle is seeking a seasoned Manager- Talent Acquisition to drive recruitment across Europe and the Americas. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles, partner with international hiring managers, and implement proactive headhunting strategies in a high-growth tech environment.

The role requires coordinating across time zones, maintaining a robust pipeline, and providing market insights on salary benchmarks and hiring trends to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for IT and Non-IT roles in global markets.
• Strong headhunting skills across US and Europe.
• Excellent stakeholder management with hiring managers and leadership.
• Proficient in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across US and Europe.
• Partner with international hiring managers to define requirements.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Track pipeline and hiring metrics in ATS.
