Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting to lead recruiting across EMEA and scale our engineering talent globally.

You will guide a high-performing team, shape regional hiring plans, and partner with senior leaders to drive strategic hiring initiatives. You will translate business priorities into scalable recruitment strategies, use analytics to optimize the funnel, and collaborate across People teams to create a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering and technical roles at scale.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA talent market, with UK, Poland, and Spain experience preferred.
• Experience building hiring strategies in new or emerging markets with developing recruiting networks.
• Strong executive presence to influence senior leaders with data and market insights.
• Proven ability to guide teams through growth while delivering hiring results.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a recruiting team by setting expectations and providing feedback.
• Own the recruiting strategy for EMEA, aligning hiring plans with business priorities.
• Partner with technical and cross-functional leaders to translate plans into scalable hiring strategies.
• Influence directors and VPs with data, insights, and strategic guidance.
• Use analytics to identify trends, improve funnel performance, and forecast risks.
• Collaborate with Talent Brand, Talent Operations, Compensation, and other People teams for a seamless experience.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders through proactive talent advice.
