Job summary

MTSI seeks an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to lead international architectures for USAF fighters, ensuring compliance with ITAR/EAR and export releases. You will collaborate across gov't, industry, and international partners to deliver interoperable, releasable systems for U.S. and allied forces.

Responsibilities include guidance on export controls, system-of-systems integration, and executive-level briefings to DoD decision-makers in a high-security environment.

Qualifications

• Strong export controls knowledge (ITAR Part 120–130, EAR) and releasability processes.
• Experience with international or coalition architectures and foreign military integration.
• Ability to prepare decision-ready engineering products for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture development for international variants of USAF fighters and allied platforms.
• Evaluate architectures including mission systems, sensors, and software subsystems.
• Provide guidance on ITAR, EAR, NDP, and releasability for exportable systems.
