Job summary

RH Aero Systems is seeking an Export Compliance System Manager to lead the global US Military Compliance System program from Mason, OH. You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Legal, and leadership to ensure compliant movement of products, data, software, and services.

You will serve as the subject matter expert on ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and related regulations, driving program effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in US Military Compliance System, trade compliance, aerospace compliance, or other highly regulated compliance environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting aerospace, aviation, defense, manufacturing, or global operations with controlled data and international transactions.
• Experience with export licensing, product classification, technology controls, audits, investigations, and cross-functional program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the US Military Compliance System Program.
• Establish policies, procedures, and internal controls for export-controlled products, data, software, and services.
• Conduct risk assessments, compliance reviews, and program evaluations to identify gaps and strengthen controls.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement new or updated requirements.
• Serve as Empowered Official or designated US Military Compliance System representative.
