RH Aero Systems, based in Mason, Ohio, is seeking an Export Compliance Manager to lead the US Military Compliance System program, overseeing ITAR/EAR compliance for products, data, software, and services. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Legal teams to maintain regulatory integrity.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Aviation, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
• Master’s degree or advanced coursework in trade compliance, international business, aviation, or regulatory compliance preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in US Military Compliance System, trade compliance, aerospace compliance, or other highly regulated compliance environments.
• Experience with export licensing, product classification, technology controls, audits, investigations, and cross-functional compliance program management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the US Military Compliance System program development and ongoing management.
• Establish policies, procedures, and internal controls for export-controlled products, technical data, software, and services.
• Conduct periodic risk assessments, compliance reviews, and program evaluations to identify gaps and strengthen controls.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of new or updated compliance requirements.
• Serve as the company’s Empowered Official or designated US Military Compliance System representative, where applicable.
