Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced International Trade Compliance professional and Empowered Official to support the Sikorsky Line of Business. This role focuses on ITAR/EAR compliance for Army Air Force Systems programs, including Middle East and Asia markets, with attention to aftermarket opportunities.

You will lead export control activities as ECC for aircraft programs, preparing and submitting licenses, agreements, and exemptions while guiding stakeholders on regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Empowered Official status or eligible per EXP-110
• In-depth ITAR and USML/EAR knowledge
• Knowledge of FMS, DCS contracts and ITAR exemptions
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Knowledge of export/import processes

Responsibilities

• Serve as Export Control Coordinator for Aircraft Programs in Japan, Turkey, and Middle East
• Prepare, implement and modify export/import license applications and agreements
• Perform Empowered Official duties including license reviews and submittals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define licensing requirements and strategy
• Review EEI filings, licenses, and export controlled information for accuracy
