Job summary

MTSI seeks a Program Manager SME with deep expertise in international architecture and export control to support AFLCMC/WA at Wright‑Patterson AFB, Ohio. The role leads international program integration, FMS, and technology transfer across Fighters and Advanced Aircraft programs, guiding acquisition lifecycle activities.

Ideal candidates will have strong DoD acquisition process knowledge, extensive international program experience, and the ability to independently manage complex program tasks

Qualifications

• Twenty (20) years of DoW work experience.
• Three (3) years in SAP/SCI within the last five (5) years.
• Active DoD TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoW acquisition processes to gather, analyze, and present information for program managers and ICT leads.
• Support cross‑platform integration and enterprise alignment across platforms.
• Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for ICT activities.
• Provide analysis and recommendations on capability development and demonstrations across systems.
• Coordinate with government, contractors, and higher headquarters to support horizontally integrated capability initiatives.
