Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in defense systems engineering, export control, technology transfer, foreign disclosure, or security assistance.
• Working knowledge of ITAR and EAR and authorities governing technology release to foreign partners.
• Demonstrated systems engineering with multiple concurrent efforts and hard deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with TSFD and International Trade Compliance to navigate TSFD pipelines across military departments and agencies.
• Lead engineering engagements and author technical data packages for LO/CLO TSC.
• Interface with platform engineering to apply DoDM S‑5230.28 requirements across the portfolio.
• Structure platform release roadmaps supporting FMS LOAs and DCS export licenses.
• Identify and classify CPI and collaborate with AT engineers to understand CPI protections.
• Run action-tracking to ensure accountability on commitments to program offices.
