Job summary

JAGGAER is seeking a Senior Vice President, Global Strategic Accounts to lead growth and retention of our most strategic customers worldwide. You will define a unified account management strategy, guide globally distributed teams, and drive sustainable revenue through executive engagement and value realization.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading international enterprise SaaS account management, expanding multimillion-dollar portfolios, and building trusted C-suite relationships

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise software, SaaS sales, strategic account management, or related leadership roles.
7+ years of senior leadership experience managing geographically distributed enterprise teams.
Proven ability to engage with C-suite executives and negotiate cross-border contracts.

Responsibilities

Own and execute global strategic accounts growth strategy across regions.
Lead geographically dispersed Strategic Account Managers and regional teams.
Develop multi-year global and regional growth plans aligned with commercial objectives.
Drive renewal and expansion through value realization and cross-functional collaboration.
