Job summary

JAGGAER is seeking a Senior Director / VP, Partner Alliances to shape and execute the NA partner ecosystem strategy. You will build high-impact alliances with global/regional SIs, procurement consultants, BPOs, and technology providers to drive revenue through co-sell motions.

The role requires strategic thinking and strong procurement-tech domain knowledge. Reporting to the SVP, Global Alliances, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Product, and Finance to accelerate

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in partner, alliance, channel management, or business development roles.
• 5+ years of direct experience managing alliances and channels in technology/SaaS.
• Proven revenue growth through partnerships with global/regional SIs, Tier 1 consultancies, Procurement/BPO providers, and technology partners.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive communication.
• Willingness to travel 30-40% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership strategies and business development plans.
• Identify and track procurement-aligned success metrics and adjust strategy.
• Manage North America-based partners and align key stakeholders.
• Lead go-to-market plans and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead partner enablement and training to drive revenue.
• Evangelize partnerships internally and externally.
