Job summary

JAGGAER is seeking a Senior Director / VP, Partner Alliances to lead NA partner management, alliance strategy, and co-sell initiatives. You will build senior relationships with global/regional SIs, consultancies, BPOs, and technology partners while driving measurable revenue growth.

You will report to the SVP, Global Alliances and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align enablement, joint GTM plans, and partner performance metrics across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of partner/alliance/channel management or business development experience.
• 5+ years managing alliances and channels in technology/SaaS.
• Proven revenue growth through partner-led and co-sell motions.
• Deep understanding of SaaS partner ecosystems; procurement tech experience preferred.
• Experience influencing Tier 1 consulting firms and procurement transformation practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership strategies and business development plans.
• Track pipeline influence, attach rates, partner certifications, and joint ACV growth.
• Manage North America–based partners and align stakeholders.
• Create joint go-to-market plans with measurable commercial results.
• Lead partner enablement, training, and sales support.
