Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Vice President of Engineering to lead the global RIS engineering organization. The role focuses on defining vision, strategy, execution, quality, and innovation across routing, WAN, edge, cloud services, automation, and network software.

The SVP will partner with Product Management, Architecture, Customer Experience, Operations, Sales, and strategic customers to deliver market-leading solutions while driving AI-first engineering practices and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
20+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience in networking, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology.
Experience leading large global engineering organizations comprising multiple engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

Define and execute multi-year engineering strategy aligned with RIS objectives and technology roadmap.
Lead global engineering organization for routing, WAN, cloud, edge, platform, software, test, and automation development.
Drive AI-driven development, automation, and data-driven engineering practices.
Build strong relationships with strategic customers, partners, and hyperscalers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Manage large-scale engineering budgets and drive organizational transformation for velocity and quality.
