The role oversees roadmap execution, release management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional delivery of AI experiences. The candidate will lead engineers across sites, drive agile execution, ensure integration with foundation APIs, device services, and hardware platforms,

Qualifikationen

• Typically 15+ years in software, systems, or AI engineering with at least 7+ years in leadership and managing managers across multiple teams.
• Proven delivery of shipped AI-enabled PCs, connected devices, or embedded products with device integration and post-launch reliability.
• Experience with agentic or generative AI applications, tool calling, context handling, and evaluation of AI behavior.

• Feature delivery: translate priorities into engineering plans and deliver prototypes to production increments.
• Agentic engineering: build context-aware workflows and local/hybrid inference with bounded actions and recovery.
• PC integration: integrate features with APIs, OS services, and hardware, addressing startup, sleep, offline operation, updates, and failures.
