Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a senior PLM-type leader to own strategic technology domains, shape roadmaps, and govern AI-related initiatives across networking and security platforms. You will drive NPAT-wide AI strategy, establish governance, and partner with executives to align investments with customer needs and market opportunities.

You will lead cross-functional teams to develop business cases, market positioning, and lifecycle strategies, ensuring monetization and retirement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
10+ years of Product Management, Product Line Management, Product Strategy, or related experience.
Experience managing networking, security, infrastructure software, cloud platforms, AI, or adjacent technology portfolios.
Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution and commercial delivery.
Experience presenting roadmap, business cases, and investment proposals to senior leadership and executives.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy, roadmap alignment, and lifecycle management for AI and related technology initiatives.
Drive AI strategy and governance with portfolio visibility, investment prioritization, metrics, ROI frameworks, and executive reporting.
Lead cross-functional planning and execution across PM, Engineering, Security, Finance, and GTM teams.
Develop business cases, product requirements, market positioning, and lifecycle strategies for new and existing capabilities.
Identify technology gaps, risks, and opportunities across networking, security, AI, and cloud initiatives.
