Qualifications

• First level university degree or equivalent experience required.
• Typically 15 or more years of related work experience, including 10 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and ongoing strategic leadership for a department or functional organization of multiple subordinate managers and high-level individual contributors.
• Creates strategic and tactical operations and resource plans based on business roadmap and objectives.
• Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs to meet goals and budgets.
• Engages with program managers, marketing, supply chain, and executives to communicate status and guide decisions.
• Manages relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers, setting expectations regarding deliverables and costs.
• Identifies opportunities for programs to support process improvements and cost reductions.
• Provides people-care management for direct reports, including hiring, performance plans, coaching, and development.
