Job summary

Graphic Packaging International, LLC seeks a Director of Enterprise Sustainability to set the strategic direction and lead governance, execution, and evolution of the global sustainability program. You will report to the EVP, General Counsel & Secretary and unify a global sustainability organization spanning Product, Operations, and Supply Chain Sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive sustainability/ESG leadership in global matrixed organizations.
• Experience developing and scaling enterprise sustainability strategies and climate programs.
• Strong leadership of managers and global teams.
• Knowledge of leading sustainability frameworks (GRI, SASB, ISSB, TCFD, CSRD/ESRS, CDP, SBTi).
• Ability to translate trends into actionable business strategies and secure executive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sustainability strategy, governance, and leadership structures.
• Advise executive leadership, Board, and committees with KPIs and dashboards.
• Oversee ESG reporting, disclosure and contents of annual Impact Report.
• Manage budget, financial forecasting, and operating plans for sustainability.
• Lead product, operations, and supply chain sustainability across areas.
• Engage with customers, investors, and external stakeholders on sustainability priorities.
