Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading procurement transformation.
• 15+ years of progressive procurement and supply chain leadership experience.
• Executive leadership experience in a large multinational company; packaging, paper, consumer products, industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global procurement strategy aligned with strategic, financial, and operational priorities.
• Build, integrate and lead a high-performing procurement organization capable of supporting a complex global manufacturing enterprise.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and ELT on spend management, supplier markets, continuity, inflation management, and enterprise risk.
• Develop sourcing strategies across Direct Materials, Indirect Goods and Services, Capital Equipment, Logistics, Technology, and Professional Services.
• Deliver value through cost optimization, total cost of ownership improvements, supplier innovation, and productivity initiatives.
