Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a VP & Chief Procurement Officer to lead the global procurement strategy for an $8B packaging manufacturer. You will build a world-class procurement function, partner with the ELT and CEO, and drive sustainability, governance, and value creation across direct, indirect, and capital spend.

You will oversee organizational design, governance, and supplier relationships, delivering procurement excellence and strategic initiatives tied to enterprise growth

Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of progressive procurement and supply chain leadership experience within a complex global organization.
• Executive leadership experience in a large multinational company; packaging, paper, consumer products, industrial manufacturing or related industries preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global procurement strategy aligned with the company’s priorities.
• Build, integrate and lead a high‑performing procurement organization across a complex global manufacturing enterprise.
• Serve as strategic partner to the CEO and ELT on spend management, procurement, supply markets, and enterprise risk.
