Job summary

Graphic Packaging International, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Director of Enterprise Sustainability to unify and lead a global sustainability program across product, operations, and supply chain, reporting to the EVP, General Counsel & Secretary.

You will shape strategy, governance, and reporting, advise the Board on ESG priorities, develop KPIs, and drive climate action, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement with customers, investors, and industry groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years leading sustainability/ESG programs in large, global organizations.
• Experience with leading frameworks (GRI, SASB, ISSB, TCFD, CDP) and reporting.
• Proven ability to translate sustainability into business value and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sustainability strategy, governance, and execution across product, operations, and supply chain.
• Advise executive leadership and the Board with KPI dashboards and risk/opportunity analyses.
• Drive climate action, decarbonization, and data management improvements enterprise-wide.
• Develop budgets, projects, and partnerships to advance enterprise sustainability objectives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global sustainability team with cross-functional leaders.
