Job summary

Qualifications

• BA degree or related work experience required in lieu of degree.
• Experience directing teams and managing employees in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide the work of others; manage two or more direct reports.
• Monitor and achieve operational and financial results for the area.
• Hire, train, and develop employees.
• Develop and administer environmental and employee health & safety programs.
• Maintain relationships with community and stakeholders impacted by environmental performance.
• Ensure SQF procedures are followed and participate in root cause analyses.
