Ignitely is seeking a Sr. Director of Global Structural Design and Packaging Sustainability to lead a cross‑functional team of packaging engineers and production designers in the US and Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of packaging experience in consumer products.
• BS in Packaging Science or Engineering required.
• 10+ years hands-on 3D CAD experience with Pro/Engineer/ProSurface; SolidWorks a plus.
• Strong leadership and management experience leading global teams.
• Deep knowledge of materials, packaging tech, and sustainability strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a packaging road map and brand integration from concept to production.
• Lead a global team of packaging engineers and designers in US and HK.
• Develop sustainable packaging strategies aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to translate strategies into packages.
• Drive innovation in packaging concepts, technologies, and delivery systems.
• Ensure projects meet design, quality, cost, functionality, and manufacturability objectives.
