Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a VP & Chief Procurement Officer to lead the enterprise-wide procurement strategy for $5B in direct and indirect spend at an $8B packaging manufacturer. The role requires hands-on expertise, strong knowledge of supply chain, and a strategic partner to the ELT.

Initial reporting to Transformation with a transition to Finance is anticipated as the operating model evolves.

Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of progressive procurement and supply chain leadership experience in a complex global organization.
• Executive leadership experience in a large multinational company; packaging/consumer products preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global procurement strategy aligned with priorities.
• Lead a high-performing procurement organization across a complex manufacturing enterprise.
• Partner with the CEO and ELT on spend management, markets, risk, and strategy.
• Own procurement savings targets and multi-year operating plans.
• Lead sustainability, governance, and digital procurement transformation initiatives.
