Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager, E2E Product Planning to lead end-to-end supply chain configuration and alignment with master production schedules and inventory targets. You will manage multi-site planning, drive IBP processes, and influence senior leadership on optimal scenarios to meet patient needs.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep experience in multi-echelon supply chain planning, with familiarity in SAP/ERP systems and IBP suites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with supply chain planning, IBP and S&OP processes.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Configures the E2E Supply Chain and defines inventory targets.
• Aligns master production schedules with demand and capacity.
• Develops scenarios to resolve constraints and drive IBP alignment.
• Leads a matrixed team across multiple functions and sites.
• Represents Planning in the Value Chain Team and drives improvements.
• Collaborates with Demand & Supply Planning, MTO, Finance and Procurement.
