Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement of materials, products and services for Silfex to support daily operations.
• Ensure orders are delivered on schedule in a cost-effective manner while meeting quality standards.
• Manage low-dollar spend commodities and supplier relationships.
• Create and publish reports from ERP systems indicating gaps in setup and certification.
• Support master data for suppliers and consumables; assist in resolving receiving/invoicing issues.
• Apply lean principles and participate in lean concepts for shop material orders.
• Track supplier performance in quality and delivery; maintain records accurately.
