Job summary

Safelite Group is recruiting for a Global Early Career Professional in Supply Chain. The program features three 8‑month rotations across warehouse, fulfillment, and distribution operations, with national relocation after completion.

You will develop leadership, analytical, and operational management skills through hands-on roles and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a related field, completed internships, strong communication, and a willingness to relocate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related major by June 2027.
• Previous internship experience required.
• Experience working in a distribution center or warehouse preferred.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher at the time of application.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eligible to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate within the Northeast region for rotations and ability to relocate nationwide after the program.
• Ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Support business function through performing hands-on learned day-to-day tasks and projects.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with internal associates to gain experience in each rotation.
• Identify, recommend, and incorporate efficiencies on each rotation.
• Analyze tasks with a continuous improvement mindset to support business objectives.
• Provide insights and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to research and analyze business problems.
• Gather requirements and develop project strategy to support objectives.
• Analyze data and market trends to inform strategies.
• Present strategy to senior leadership and contribute to projects where applicable.
• Lead program stretch projects with deadlines and deliverables.
