Job summary

Safelite, a leader in auto glass, seeks a Global Early Career Professional in Columbus, OH. You will rotate through three eight-month assignments across HR disciplines, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

You'll gain hands-on experience, complete program elements, and contribute to strategic initiatives while developing consulting, analytical, and project-management skills. This paid program offers mentorship, onboarding, and opportunities to pursue a functional role

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field by June 2027
• Previous HR internship experience required
• GPA 3.3 or higher
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Willing to relocate to Columbus, OH
• Ability to travel internationally

Responsibilities

• Support HR rotations with hands-on tasks and projects
• Collaborate with internal associates to gain experience in each rotation
• Identify efficiencies on each rotation
• Analyze tasks with a continuous improvement mindset
• Provide insights and present recommendations to leadership
• Research and analyze business problems and develop project strategies
• Present strategy to senior leadership and contribute to projects
• Lead program stretch projects with deadlines and deliverables
• Manage time with rotation leaders to meet deadlines
• Demonstrate knowledge of HR processes and tools
