Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree by June 2027 is required.
• Previous internship experience.
• GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Willingness to relocate within the Northeast region for rotations; nationwide relocation after program.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 8-month rotations across the team.
• Collaborate with internal associates to gain hands-on experience in each rotation.
• Identify efficiencies and incorporate improvements to support business objectives.
• Analyze processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Provide insights and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead program stretch projects with deadlines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with rotation leaders to manage time and progress tasks.
