Job summary

Safelite is launching a Global Early Career Professional program in the Northeast U.S. to develop future leaders in supply chain. You will rotate through multiple operations roles, gaining hands-on experience in warehousing, distribution, and process improvement while building leadership and technical skills.

Expect mentorship, cross-functional exposure, and opportunities to relocate for rotations, with a path toward functional roles upon program completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related major by June 2027.
• Previous internship experience; distribution center/warehouse experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, professional, or extracurricular activities.
• GPA of 3.3 or higher at time of application.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and initiative.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technologies.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate within Northeast region and nationwide after program.
• Ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Complete three rotations over 24 months.
• Support business function with hands-on tasks and projects.
• Collaborate with internal associates to gain experience.
• Identify efficiencies on each rotation.
• Analyze tasks with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead program stretch projects with deadlines.
• Manage time with rotation leaders to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate knowledge of support functions and processes.
• Participate in all program elements and personal development.
