Job summary

Safelite, a Belron subsidiary, offers a Global Early Career program focused on developing future leaders within Supply Chain. Associates will rotate through distribution centers and warehouses across AL, FL, GA, KY, NC, SC, TN, and VA, gaining leadership and analytical skills.

Participants will relocate for rotations, engage with senior leaders in the U.S. and abroad, and complete accreditation requirements while contributing to process improvements and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related major by June 2027.
• Previous internship experience required; distribution center/warehouse experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academics/professional/extracurriculars.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher at time of application.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; build relationships.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and continuous learning mindset.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate within the Southeast region for rotations and nationwide relocation after program.

Upon program completion, you will have an opportunity to pursue a functional role that leverages your strengths and enables the needs of either Safelite's or Belron's businesses. Joining offers immediate exposure to senior leaders both in the U.S. and internationally.

Supply Chain Global Early Career Professionals

Support the company's business operations within the Supply Chain function. Associates will develop an understanding of how operational excellence, people leadership, inventory management, and distribution strategies drive business performance and customer satisfaction. Participants will develop leadership, analytical, and operational management skills needed for future careers leading warehouse, fulfillment, and supply chain teams.

During the program, associates should be willing to relocate within the Southeast region (facilities are located in AL, FL, GA, KY, NC, SC, TN, and VA) for their rotations and be open to relocation nationwide upon the completion of the program.

What You’ll Do

• Support business function through performing hands‑on learned day‑to‑day tasks and projects associated with the team/function.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration, consultation, and relationship building with internal associates to gain hands‑on experience in each business rotation.
• Identify, recommend, and incorporate efficiencies on each business rotation.
• Analyze actual tasks and processes with a continuous improvement mindset to encourage necessary changes to support business objectives.
• Provide insights and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to research and analyze business problems. Gather business requirements and develop project strategy to support business objectives. Analyze data and market trends to inform strategies and support business cases.
• Present strategy to senior leadership; lead and contribute to project where applicable.
• Contribute to or lead one or more program stretch project(s) with a set deadline and deliverables, which may include conducting research, analyzing insights, and making recommendations.
• Works with rotation leader(s) to manage own time and progress tasks to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of the support functions and technical knowledge of processes and tools in respective area.
• Complete and actively participate in all program elements, including personal development plan.
• Completes all accreditation/certification requirements, where applicable.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• Cumulative GPA of3.3 or higher at the time of application.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, initiative, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and applications.
• Eligible to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate within the Southeast region for rotations and ability to relocate nationwide after the program.
• Ability to travel internationally.
