Job summary

Safelite is seeking candidates for its Global Early Career Program in Supply Chain. You will rotate across three 8-month assignments, gaining hands-on tasks, collaboration with internal teams, and process improvements to support business objectives.

You’ll build leadership, analytics, and operations skills for future management roles. You’ll relocate within the Northeast for rotations and may relocate nationwide after program completion, with opportunities to travel internationally and engage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations management, or related field by June 2027.
• Previous internship experience required; distribution center or warehouse exposure preferred.
• GPA of 3.3 or higher at time of application.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; ability to build relationships.
• Willingness to relocate for rotations and nationwide relocation after program; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support business function through hands-on tasks and projects across rotations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gain multi-functional experience.
• Identify efficiencies and contribute to process improvements in each rotation.
• Analyze tasks and data to inform business objectives and leadership decisions.
• Present insights and strategy recommendations to senior leadership.
• Develop project plans, research business problems, and gather requirements.
• Lead or contribute to program stretch projects with deadlines and deliverables.
• Manage time with rotation leaders to meet milestones and develop skills.
