FIT House of Brands seeks a Senior Specialist, Supply Chain Operations and Logistics to lead order management, vendor coordination, and inventory accuracy for a global studio network. You’ll partner with Finance, Accounting, and Operations to ensure on-time equipment delivery and audit-ready processes while supporting franchisee fulfillment and open studio timelines.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of direct supply chain operations, logistics, or fulfillment experience.
• Experience in a franchise or multi-unit environment is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of demand planning and forecasting fundamentals.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and purchase orders.
• ERP experience, preferably NetSuite, with procure-to-pay workflow familiarity.
• Strong communication skills with internal or external customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day order processing, PO issuance, and franchisee support.
• Refine and operate day-to-day Supply Chain processes, escalations, and root-cause fixes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across warehouses and storage locations.
• Coordinate with Finance to reconcile POs, receiving records, and vendor invoices.
• Track vendor performance against SLAs and MSAs.
• Support franchise onboarding and equipment fulfillment for openings.
• Report on service-level KPIs and support audits.
