Job summary

Comfrt seeks a Director of International Operations and Logistics to lead global fulfillment, cross-border freight, duties, and compliance for non-US markets. You will partner with DC Ops, CX, Finance, and Tech to unlock profitable growth and ensure brand standards across regions.

The role requires building scalable playbooks, managing SLA performance, and driving readiness for new markets while protecting margins and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in international ecommerce ops or logistics.
• Experience leading international 3PL and freight networks.
• Deep knowledge of cross-border duties and VAT/IOSS or similar.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute international operations strategy for non-US markets.
• Manage 3PL, freight, duties, and landed cost across regions.
• Lead market launches, carrier negotiations, and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with CX, Planning, Finance, and Tech on priorities.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for leadership.
