Job summary

Luxury Brand Partners seeks a Director of Fulfillment & Logistics to lead end-to-end retail operations, order management, and distribution across domestic and international channels. This role emphasizes strategic oversight, cost control, and scalable processes in a remote or hybrid setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
8+ years in retail operations, supply chain, and warehouse operations.
Experience managing 3PLs, warehousing, transportation, and retailer requirements.
Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills with data-led decisions.
Lean, Six Sigma, APICS/ASCM, PMP, or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end retail operational execution across channels to ensure service and fulfillment excellence.
Oversee domestic and international order management, allocation, and shipment prioritization.
Partner with Sales, Planning, Customer Operations, and Finance to align priorities.
Drive logistics strategy with 3PLs and transport partners, focusing on cost and performance.
Develop scalable processes, KPIs, and dashboards for visibility and continuous improvement.
Mentor teams and collaborate with IT and external vendors to optimize ERP/WMS and EDI.
Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency across the supply chain.
